Deposit & Refund Policies

1. Our Chihuahuas

We offer exceptionally friendly, confident, and well-behaved chihuahuas that are not only stunning in appearance and unique but also don't exhibit typical Chihuahua behaviors. At Chihuahua Champions, we don't just raise puppies - we raise family members. Our chihuahuas live in a 24/7 home environment, where they receive continuous care and attention. Unlike traditional training facilities, we provide a real, nurturing home where our puppies can grow, socialize, and learn in a calm, safe environment.

2. Deposit Requirements & Pricing

To reserve one of our exceptional chihuahuas, we require a deposit to secure your place in our program:

• $1,500 deposit for a puppy that is available and ready for adoption. This deposit will be credited towards the final price of the puppy.
• $2,500 deposit for a first pick reservation on future chihuahuas entering our training program. This deposit will secure your first choice when a new puppy joins our Chihuahua training program. Your deposit is valid until you find your perfect chihuahua!
• Please note that deposits are non-refundable and are applied directly to the total purchase price of your chosen dog.
• All of our chihuahuas are priced at $15,000, with no negotiation or fluctuating costs. If you've paid a $1,500 deposit, the total balance due upon adoption is $13,500. If you've reserved a future puppy with a $2,500 deposit, the total balance due is $12,500 at the time of adoption.
• Deposits can be made via Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle, Direct Bank Deposit, or PayPal. Note: a 6% processing fee is applied to payments made via Credit Card or PayPal.

3. Adoption Process

How to adopt a Chihuahua Champion:

• If you are interested in adopting one of our fully trained chihuahuas, simply fill out an Adoption Application and place a $1,500 deposit to reserve the dog. Once submitted, we will review your application and provide further instructions on the next steps.
• If you're interested in reserving a future chihuahua puppy, please contact us directly via text, email, or phone. Let us know you'd like to secure a spot for an upcoming Chihuahua Champion trainee, and we'll send you a link to complete the adoption application and submit the $2,500 deposit to reserve your first pick.
• All payments must be confirmed and fully received before your puppy goes home. Pickup dates are flexible but are generally scheduled within one week of a deposit for an available puppy.

4. Nationwide Delivery

We proudly serve clients nationwide, and if you're unable to pick up your chihuahua in person, we exclusively handle all transportation directly to you—no third-party services. Whether by flight or driving, we ensure your trained chihuahua is safely transported with the same care and attention it received in our home. Our chihuahuas are experienced travelers, trained to handle long-distance travel, including multiple flights and long cross-country road trips. Transportation fees vary based on your location and the method of transport.

5. Adoption Fee Inclusions

• Full year of professional training
• Veterinary cost, including vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping
• Clean bill of health and complete medical records
• 3 months of free post-adoption training support (including in-home visits or remote guidance)
• Dog crate, a blanket, toys, bones, and a comprehensive training manual
